The Story
In the vibrant and magical world of Trexlin, where Focus—an elemental force—intertwines with every facet of life, a grand contest for power is unfolding. The aging ruler of Foci, the heart of all worlds, has dispatched his numerous offspring to Trexlin, stripping them of their memories and leaving their powers in an unawakened state. As they grow, they will discover their true heritage and compete in a deadly contest where the ultimate prize is the throne of Foci. Each of these Scions of Foci faces the challenge of identifying and outmaneuvering their siblings, ultimately sending them back to Foci to eliminate them from the competition.
Amidst this epic struggle, Drex, one of the unawakened offspring, becomes the target of his awakened brother, Duke Elquin. As Drex navigates the treacherous game, a darker threat looms on the horizon. Jafar Bey, an unacknowledged Scion and a powerful wizard in his own right, has formed a dangerous alliance with the denizens of the Demon Realm. Their sinister pact threatens to exploit the chaos of the contest for their own gain, putting the very fabric of Trexlin and the balance of power in jeopardy.
In this first installment, Awakening the Seablade, Drex must not only awaken to his true identity and powers but also confront the growing danger posed by Jafar Bey and the demonic forces.
